Lindsay Lohan Finally Arrested for DUI

After years of driving around Hollywood after snorting 2 grams of coke and drinking at clubs, Lindsay Lohan has finally been arrested for DUI.

And what a surprise..the police found 'a usable amount of cocaine' in her possession.

The arrest occurred shortly after 5:30am on Saturday after Lohan crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb and a shrub on Sunset Boulevard. Her car suffered "major damage," and Lohan was hospitalized for minor chest injuries according to police.

Two other people were in the car with Lohan at the time of the accident but they were not injured.

Police were called by a witness and responded three minutes after the call, but by that time Lohan, her companions and the car had fled the scene.

Lohan was later found by police at the Century City Hospital and her Mercedes at condominium complex. The vehicle was towed at 6:30 a.m.

Police are keeping mum on how they know Lohan was driving, but say they're "confident" that she was.

A press conference was held Saturday and Lt. Mitch McCann, media relations officer for Beverly Hills police department said, "A usable amount of an illegal narcotic tentatively identified as cocaine was recovered and booked."

Police would not say where they found the cocaine or what Lohan's BAC was.

"She was charged with a misdemeanor," said McCann. "There is a potential for additional charges."

Lindsay was seen out at Les Deux before the crash. She showed up just after 11PM and was smoking, dancing and partying the night away.

Obviously Lindsay learned nothing from the incident. X17 photographers caught her out with Samantha Ronson around 4AM this morning, completely funked up. Check out the pics.

Meanwhile, Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan says that her arrest may be a blessing in disguise. He thinks she is hanging out with the wrong crowd and that she needs to reconnect with family and find God.

Lohan's tentative arraignment date is Aug. 24.

Joe Francis is about to be released from Bay County Jail in Panama City, Fla. but will go straight into the hands of the Feds, who will take him to Nevada to face tax evasion charges. We're told that Federal prison will actually be a welcome relief for Francis, whose recent month in Panama City is a far cry from the beach, beer-bong and babe-filled days of yore in the same town, as the jail facility is old, "extremely uncomfortable," and prone to "terrible" leaks during any kind of rainstorm.

TMZ reported last month that a death row inmate had been taunting Francis, and that he was "breaking down" under the constant harangue. Francis is scheduled to face a Florida judge tomorrow, on charges of using minors in sexual performance, but he might be taken to Nevada even before then, as he's waived his right to appear in pre-trial hearings.

Paris Hilton Goes to Church, Attempts to Become a Class Act

They're saying that Paris Hilton is "living like a nun" in order to avoid prison.

Paris' lawyers have reportedly told her to clean up her act in order to possibly get out of part of her jail sentence.

Paris has been seen dressing classier, and there have been no reports of nipple or crotch flashing.

Apparently Paris has told friends that she is not going to drink a drop of alcohol and that won't be hitting the clubs like she is usually known for.

Paris even went to church Sunday, in her Sunday best.

A friend of Paris' told Britain's The Sun newspaper, "Paris' attorneys have insisted she live like a nun. She has been strictly advised to stop acting like a Hollywood brat and appear more humble as they battle to keep her out of jail.

"They have ordered her to show a judge she has some humility and social responsibility if she is going to have her sentence reduced on appeal. That means no booze, no parading round in skimpy outfits, no partying. She's got to stick with her family and take on a healthier regime."

Paris is scheduled to begin her sentence on June 5.

In other entertaining Paris Hilton news, rumor has it that Paris is learning self defense techniques so she can defend herself in the prison if need be. But I am doubting that a couple weeks of training would hardly do her any good against the hardened broads in there.

Tracy Morgan Accused of Groping Radio Personality

A disc jockey in South Florida filed a misdemeanor battery complaint against Tracy Morgan, saying that he inappropriately touched and said vulgar things to her at the radio station Friday morning.

Radio personality Yuleika De Castro, who goes by the on air name of Sandy Diego, claims that that Morgan reeked of alcohol as he touched her shoulders and arms and even kissed the back of her head. De Castro claims she had to push him away.

Morgan was escorted out of the studio by the people he arrived with.

De Castro said she filed the complaint because she felt "violated" and "dirty."

"He said he wants to impregnate me," she told The Associated Press.

Morgan's Friday and Saturday night shows at the Improv Comedy Club in Coconut Grove have been abruptly canceled, but no one is saying why.

The Broward County State Attorney's Office will decide whether or not to file charges once the report is complete.

OJ Simpson Asked to Leave Steakhouse

Jeff Ruby, the owner of high-end steakhouse in Louisville, KY, said he used to be an OJ Simpson fan.

That was until OJ Simpson was accused of murdering his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman in 1994.

In fact, there used to be a photograph of Ruby and Simpson on the wall, among many other celebritiy photos which adorn the walls of the restaurant. Ruby took the photo down after the killings.

So when OJ Simpson himself walked into Jeff Ruby's steakhouse to dine the night before the Kentucky Derby, Ruby asked the one time football legend to please leave his restaurant.

According to Ruby, Simpson and about a dozen friends were seated in the back of the restaurant when a customer approached Ruby and was 'giddy' after seeing Simpson in the steakhouse.

That made Ruby sick to his stomach.

“I didn’t want that experience in my restaurant.” Ruby said.

He said he went to Simpson’s table and said, “I’m not serving you.” Ruby said when Simpson didn’t respond, he repeated himself and left the room.

“I didn’t want to serve him because of my convictions of what he’s done to those families. The way he continues to torture the lives of those families - with his behavior, attitude and conduct."

Simpson soon came up to Ruby and said he understood and that he and his party would leave the premises.

“It was the first time since 1994 he has ever shown any class,” Ruby said. “He showed it that night in the restaurant” by leaving quietly.

Paris Hilton is trying to round up her two fans to sign an online petition asking Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon her.

I am doubting that the Governator would like the negative publicity that would go along with pardoning the bitch, but this is Hollywood we are talking about.

Some people are saying that they can't believe the sentence she has been given. WTF? I don't understand this at all. Just because the bitch didn't hit and injure or kill someone she should get off easy? Coming from a family who lost someone due to drinking and driving I can tell you she deserves this easy punishment, and she should sit in jail for 45 days and think about why she is there. Paris & Kathy Hilton Angry About Jail Sentence, Publicist Fired

Both Paris and Kathy Hilton are livid over the jail sentence handed to Paris by a Los Angeles judge.

Paris spoke out first to photographers outside her home Saturday. "I told the truth..I feel that I was treated unfairly and that the sentence is both cruel and unwarranted. I don't deserve this."

Kathy Hilton ranted to Hollywood.com this weekend. "This is pathetic and disgusting, a waste of taxpayers' money with this nonsense. It is a joke."

Paris' claim all along has been that she was unaware her driving privileges had been revoked when she was stopped for driving without headlights on February 27. Her blue Bentley was impounded.

Hilton's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, says he will appeal "to modify the sentence."

Hilton is blaming the entire incident on her longtime publicist, Elliott Mintz. She claims he told her that she was allowed to drive for work-related reasons after the first 30 days of her license suspension.

In Touch magazine is reporting that Hilton fired Mintz over the weekend.

Paris Hilton's New Home Away From Home

Sometime before June 5th Paris Hilton's new home will be the Century Regional Detention Center, Los Angeles County’s jail for women just south of downtown in Lynwood.

Hilton will be segregated from the general population for her own safety, living in a 12x8 foot cell equipped with only a toilet, sink, 6" wide window, and a polished metal mirror.

Paris will receive three low-sodium meals a day, and dinner will be her only hot meal. Her diet will be poultry based, the jail does not allow any pork or beef to be served.

The spoiled heiress will have to rise early for breakfast which is served between 6:30-7:30am.

Hilton will be allowed outside her cell for at least an hour each day to shower, watch television in the day room, participate in outdoor activities or talk on one of the telephones that use prepaid phone cards. Paris will not be allowed to use her personal cell phone or Blackberry.

Paris Hilton Gets 45 Days in the Clink!

Let me tell you, this is refreshing and welcomed news. I get sick and tired of seeing so many celebrities walk away with just a slap on the wrist for breaking the law in one way or the other.

The one thing that really made me want to see this bitch made an example of was that she flaunted around like the law did not apply to her, as though she were untouchable. Being photographed driving while you have a suspended license was about as ballsy as you can get. Duh, you're a high profile personality and the whole nation knows you have a pulled license and yet you're out prancing your ass around behind a steering wheel. Smart.

Paris' hearing lasted two hours.

Her attorneys argued that the incident of her driving the Bentley Continental GTC was a mistake and that her actions did not warrant her going to jail.

But Rachel Chavarria, 19, who was at the courthouse to pay a speeding ticket thought otherwise.

"If she goes to jail, which she should, she deserves it," Chavarria said. "She had the money and should have called a chauffeur or a taxi and that shows how stupid she is. It's like she's one of those celebrities looking to get attention at any cost."

Her friend, Selene Sanchez, 19, echoed Chavarria's thoughts.

"What it seems people care about more now isn't God, the war or poverty. It's about if Lindsay's on drugs, If Britney's shaving her head or Paris is going to jail," Sanchez said. "It's just absolutely disturbing to see what we care about now."

They say that construction workers building a parking structure across the street from the courthouse yelled "Jail time!" to the many reporters and cameramen who had were set up in front of the court before the hearing.

Paris cried (heh) as judgment was handed down and she said that she was sorry. Her mother, Kathy was said to be quite distraught about the punishment.

Paris Hilton Arrives Ten Minutes Late to Court

Paris Hilton arrived at court 10 minutes late today for her probation violation hearing.

When Paris finally showed, she exited the back of a black Cadillac Escalade and was escorted into the Metropolitan Courthouse by a bunch men in monkey suits.

Mommy and Daddy Hilton came to support their sweet and innocent little girl..and to maybe try and swing their weight around.

Paris did not flash her wonky-eyed smile nor did she stop to pose for photographs.

Prosecutors announced earlier that they requested the judge sentence Hilton to 45 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation, order that she avoid alcohol for 90 days, wear a monitoring device that would chart whether she complies, and have the suspension of her drivers license extended for an additional four months.

Reporters, paparazzi and helicopters were all present for the heiresses court appearance.

As do many, many celebrities, only someone got a photograph of Andy partaking in a snort-a-thon at a New York club.

The Enquirer is reporting that he was openly snorting the drug for all to see at Manhattan's Snitch club on April 24.

The person who took the photo told the Enquirer "Andy dick was a complete mess. He was so out of it that most of the cocaine ended up around his nose rather than in his nose."

"He began banging around the place, making a nuisance of himself. Some of the other people on the dance floor were getting pretty worried."

If you watch 'Celebrity Fit Club' you are probably totally disgusted with Dustin Diamond just like I am.

This has-been child actor had the balls to slam other cast members, questioning their celebrity status like he is some big A-lister. I don't think this jackass realizes that he is a nobody in Hollywood himself.

No wonder none of his castmates liked him.

"I don't hold it against anybody not to like Dustin Diamond," Celebrity Fit Club 5 executive producer Richard Hall told the New York Post about the one-time teenage TV star. "I'm sorry to say that, but it's true. He came in with a very contrarian agenda. He took shots at everybody. He would imitate the other cast members and mock them."

Dustin also went on and on about his sex tape and took the opportunity to tell his castmates that he is 'packing heat'. Then he wondered why no one wanted to listen to what he had to say.

Supposedly he will walk off the show on next weeks episode and I say Amen! Let that fat loser go home and return to his pathetic existence. I can't even love to hate the guy.

Eve Gets DUI, Blows Double the Legal Limit

Rapper/actress Eve was arrested early this morning after she crashed her gold Maserati on Hollywood Blvd.

Police arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence and later divulged to TMZ that her blood alcohol level was "double the legal limit."

There were two passengers in the car with Eve at the time of the accident.

The accident occurred around 2:45 AM Thursday. Eve smashed into a center divider, wiping out the entire front of her car.

TMZ photographers were at the scene, and observed Eve being arrested and handcuffed. Photographers said Eve was "visibly upset" as she was being hauled off.

Eve posted $30,000 bail and was released from Los Angeles County Jail. She tried to cover her face as she went out to be picked up by a friend, in a Maserati.

Joe Francis is a Pig

Joe Francis' legal woes seem to have no end.

Francis has just been charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery. The charge was filed by the LA City Attorney.

Law Enforcement told TMZ that Francis was at a birthday party in Los Angeles this past January when he allegedly touched an 18-year-old girl on the breast, buttocks and inner thigh. The woman allegedly repeatedly asked him to stop.

Francis will be arraigned May 22. If convicted, he faces a maximum six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.
